December Employee and Resident of the Month

Hickory Ridge loves getting the opportunity to showcase some of the amazing individuals at our premier facility. This month, we are highlighting our Resident of the Month, Tina, and our Employee of the Month, Leland!



Introducing our Resident of the Month, Tina! It's been a delightful year having her at our skilled nursing facility. Tina finds joy in spending time with our activity staff and enjoying the snacks and Diet Coke during activities. A true dog enthusiast, she loves pet visits. What makes Hickory Ridge special for Tina is the caring and loving staff who treat her like family, no matter their position or the department. Let's celebrate Tina's wonderful spirit and the positive impact she's made on those around her since she's been with us.

Next, meet Leland, our Employee of the Month! Rejoining the Hickory Ridge team in July, he initially started in our Dietary department a decade ago but found his way back to the special place Hickory holds in his heart. He now flourishes in our Activity Department cherishing the residents' smiles, knowing he's making a positive impact.

His favorite memories are the Halloween parties, bringing joy to both residents and their families. Whether singing karaoke or discussing the latest football game, Leland brightens the atmosphere, making residents laugh. Lucky to have such a dedicated team member, Leland continues to contribute to the warmth and joy at Hickory Ridge. Cheers to Leland for his outstanding commitment!
